How does the free plan work?
The free plan gives you weekly uploads forever — no trial, no expiry, no credit card. You can also chat with our AI tutor about your materials. When you reach your weekly limit, you can upgrade to Basic or Ultra for higher monthly limits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the "Cancel subscription" button on your current plan above. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
Are Basic and Ultra limits daily or monthly?
All Basic and Ultra limits are monthly, not daily. You can use all your uploads on one day if you want, or spread them across the month. Limits reset on your billing date each month.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all Nigerian debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. Payments are processed by Paystack. All major Nigerian banks are supported.
Will my uploaded materials be shared with other students?
Yes. By using AceTest you agreed in our Terms of Service that uploaded materials may appear in the Community Library for other students to study from. This is what powers the Community Library and makes AceTest better for everyone.
Is my data safe?
Yes. AceTest is NDPR compliant. Your personal data is stored securely and encrypted. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Cancel subscription?
You will keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that your account moves to the free tier and uploads, quiz, and chat features will be paused. Your data and streak are never deleted.
